SEVERVS NOB CAES Laureate, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Severus II to left, holding spear over his right shoulder and ornamented shield on his left. Rev. VIRTVS AV-GG ET CAESS NN / AQΓ Severus II on horseback galloping right, holding spear in his right hand and shield in his left, riding down an enemy kneeling to left; below horse, a fallen enemy, pierced by a javelin, and a shield.
